By making a deposit or payment for services on KayzieCouture.com, you (the “Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

Non-Refundable and Non-Transferrable Payments All deposits and payments made are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Once payment has been made, it cannot be refunded or transferred to another person or order. Please ensure that you are ready to proceed with the order before making payment.

Full Payment Requirement In order to receive your order, the full payment must be made by the pre-determined due date. If full payment is not received by the specified date, the order will not be processed, and services will not be rendered.

Late Payments Late payments are subject to additional fees. If the payment is not received by the agreed-upon date, a late fee of $49 will be applied to the outstanding balance. Continued non-payment may result in cancellation of the order.

Cancellation by Designer. Only the designer has the right to cancel the order. If the designer cancels the order for any reason(except for non payment or illicit/illegal activity, not limited to racism, bullying, etc), all payments made by the Client will be refunded, minus a $40 processing fee for each transaction made throughout the history of the purchase. The processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
